Where I ship

The shop here checks out to the United States.

Anywhere else, I still send prints — it just happens by hand. On the print you want, tell me what you would like and where you are, and I’ll send you a price and a link to pay. It usually works out cheaper than ordering from the US, because your print is made closer to you.

What shipping costs

Shipping is added at checkout, so you see the full amount before you pay. It is charged once per order.

Canvas costs more to send because it travels in a rigid tube or on a stretcher frame.

Ordering from outside the US? I’ll send you the shipping cost together with your price, so there is nothing to work out yourself.

How long it takes

Nothing is sitting in a cupboard waiting — each print is made when you order it. Allow 5 to 7 business days for it to be printed and finished, then postage time on top of that. If you are outside the US, I’ll give you a timescale with your price — it depends where the print is being made.

Import duty and tax

Orders within the United States have no customs to worry about.

If you are ordering from elsewhere, I’ll tell you where your print is being made when I send your price. It is often made in your own country, in which case nothing crosses a border and there is nothing to pay on delivery. Where it does have to cross one, I’ll say so before you pay rather than let it arrive as a surprise.

If something is wrong with your print

It arrived damaged, or it is not what you ordered

Send me a photograph within 14 days of it arriving and I will have a replacement made and sent at my cost. You will not need to post the original back — please keep it or dispose of it.

Email parnazarts@gmail.com with your order number and the photo. If you would rather have your money back than a replacement, say so and I will refund you instead.

It never turned up

If tracking shows it has not moved, or it has been much longer than expected, tell me and I will chase it. If it is genuinely lost in the post I will replace it at my cost.

Changing your mind

Because every print is made to order, I cannot take back a print simply because it was not what you pictured — once it has gone to production the cost has already been spent.

Before it is printed: if you email me within 24 hours of ordering, and it has not yet gone to production, I will cancel it and refund you in full. Tell me as soon as you can and I will try either way.

If you are in the United Kingdom: consumer law there gives you 14 days from delivery to cancel most online orders. I will honour that. Write to me within 14 days of your print arriving, send it back in the condition it reached you, and I will refund the price of the print. Return postage is yours to pay unless the print was damaged or wrong, in which case see above.

Getting the address right

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, I will happily send it again, but I have to charge the shipping a second time.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Once I have sent it, banks usually take a few working days to show it.

Commissions and custom sizes

Commissions and sizes that are not in the list are arranged directly with me and are not covered by this page — we will agree the terms between us before anything starts. Ask me about it.

Anything else

If your situation is not covered here, write to me at parnazarts@gmail.com. I would much rather sort something out than have you stuck with a print you are unhappy with.
